Flat Iron is from the shoulder and is actually one of the most tender cuts available with a really rich flavour. Perfect for frying, grilling or on the BBQ, also great cut into chunks for steak kebabs, this cut has great marbling is definitely one to try.

Cooking Tips: To ensure the best taste for your wagyu steaks, we recommend to serve them medium rare. Make sure you rest the steak for as long as you cook it to allow the juices to absorb into the meat
