Location of Cut: Our Sizzle Steaks, otherwise known as 'Ranch Steaks' are taken from the Topside primal, located on the hindquarter of the animal. 

Texture and Flavour: The Cajun flavours are a bold and vibrant culinary style originating from Louisiana imparting a savoury, aromatic quality to dishes. It showcases the perfect balance of heat, savoury richness, and aromatic herbs, offering a taste experience incredibly satisfying.

Cooking MethodsThe steaks are scored on both sides to reduce the cooking time and to tenderise the meat, making them the perfect flash-frying steak! We recommend frying them on the BBQ for 2 minutes each side and allowing to rest for 2 minutes once cooked. We recommend rare to medium-rare to keep the tenderness of the steak.
