Location of Cut: Our Sizzle Steaks, otherwise known as 'Ranch Steaks' are taken from the Topside primal, located on the hindquarter of the animal.
Texture and Flavour: These steaks are generously coated with a Mexican-inspired rub composed of a savoury blend of spices, including chilli power, cumin, and garlic. This delivers a bold and smoky flavour with a hint of heat to the succulent and tender Wagyu Beef.
Cooking Methods: The steaks are scored on both sides to reduce the cooking time and to tenderise the meat, making them the perfect flash-frying steak! We recommend frying them on the BBQ for 2 minutes each side and allowing to rest for 2 minutes once cooked. We recommend rare to medium-rare to keep the tenderness of the steak.
