Cooking:

Can be enjoyed on their own or skewered with colourful bell peppers, onions, then grilled to perfection. 

We recommend cooking the skewers directly on the BBQ and turning frequently to ensure an even cook through and a delicious chargrilled flavour. Cook the Wagyu to your liking and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
