Mexican Wagyu Burger

Ingredients
- 2 Warrendale Wagyu burger patties
- 2 brioche burger buns, toasted
- 2 tablespoons refried beans
- 2 slices smoked cheddar
- Jalapeños, sliced
- Roasted red pepper salsa
- 1 avocado or guacamole
- Little gem lettuce leaves
Method
- Cook the Wagyu burgers over direct heat on the BBQ.
- Top each burger with smoked cheddar and sliced jalapeños during the final minute of cooking so the cheese melts.
- Toast the brioche buns lightly.
- Spread refried beans over the base buns, then add lettuce, the cheesy Wagyu patties and guacamole or avocado.
- Finish with roasted red pepper salsa before adding the burger lids.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with tortilla chips, grilled corn or a fresh tomato salad
