The fore fillet or Teres Major is a cut of beef that comes from the chuck section of the beast right below the front leg (please don't think this is the Tenderloin or Fillet as they are two completely different cuts). The Fore Fillet is from the fore quarter of the animal so it will be rich in flavour but may have more of a chew than a usual Hind Quarter cut traditionally used for steaks.
If you have never tried this cut before it is worth a try. We would suggest cooking to steak medium rare.
