Our Wagyu Bresaola is produced by seasoning premium quality Wagyu with a blend of spices before curing it and then aging it for several months. This results in a lean, flavourful product with a slightly sweet, delicate taste.

We thinly slice so it is perfect served as an appetiser or paired with cheeses and oils.
