Wagyu Sirloin, Goats cheese, walnut and fig Salad


  • 227g Warrendale Wagyu Sirloin Steak
  • 100g Goats Cheese
  • 4-5 whole Figs
  • 4-5 Walnuts
  • 80-100g Rocket Salad
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Salt and Pepper


  • Sear and fry the Sirloin Steak to your preference, however, we recommend Medium Rare for a salad recipe.
    • Heat a frying pan with little oil on a high heat. Generously salt your Sirloin and add to the frying pan.
    • Cook on each side for 3-4-minutes for a Medium Rare Sirloin.
  • Leave the steak to rest for as long as you have cooked it for. 
  • Slice the Steak into thin slices 
  • Cuts all the figs in half and the Goats Cheese into slices
  • Add the rocket leaves to a salad bowl, aswell as the figs, goats cheese and sirloin steak. 
  • Season as per your preference with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze
