Wagyu Sirloin, Goats cheese, walnut and fig Salad
Ingredients:
- 227g Warrendale Wagyu Sirloin Steak
- 100g Goats Cheese
- 4-5 whole Figs
- 4-5 Walnuts
- 80-100g Rocket Salad
- Balsamic Glaze
- Salt and Pepper
Method:
- Sear and fry the Sirloin Steak to your preference, however, we recommend Medium Rare for a salad recipe.
- Heat a frying pan with little oil on a high heat. Generously salt your Sirloin and add to the frying pan.
- Cook on each side for 3-4-minutes for a Medium Rare Sirloin.
- Leave the steak to rest for as long as you have cooked it for.
- Slice the Steak into thin slices
- Cuts all the figs in half and the Goats Cheese into slices
- Add the rocket leaves to a salad bowl, aswell as the figs, goats cheese and sirloin steak.
- Season as per your preference with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze
