What you need:
100g natural yoghurt
100g self-raising flour
Pinch of baking powder
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and allow to rest while you cook the rest of your meal
Steak and Onions
1 x Warrendale Wagyu Steak
1 x red onion
1 x chilli
6 x cloves of garlic
Handful of parsley
1 x teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to season
3 x tablespoons butter
1.Melt the butter in a pan and toss half of the sliced chilli and all the garlic in.
2.When it’s melted and the pan is hot, add the seasoned steak and a handful of parsley and cover.
3.2 minutes per side should do it
4.Take the steak out and let it rest
5.Remove the chilli’s, parsley and garlic from the, now infused, butter.
6.Add the sliced onion, the rest of the chilli and paprika. Stir until the onions are soft.
7.Take the flatbread mixture and flatten and stretch it to shape.
8.Add to a hot pan and dry fry for 1-2 minutes per side.
9.Slice the steak and layer it on the piping flatbread with garlic, chilli and parsley infused onions, garnish with a little parsley and enjoy
