The Baja Burger - Mexican

  • Pulled brisket for topping
  • Shredded lettuce

Method

  1. Cook the Wagyu burgers over direct heat on the BBQ.
  2.  Lightly toast the brioche buns until golden.
  3. Spread chipotle sauce over the base bun, followed by a spoonful of tomato salsa.
  4. Add shredded lettuce (if using), then place the Wagyu burger on top.
  5. Spoon over avocado or guacamole for a rich, creamy layer.
  6. (Optional) Finish with a large spoonful of pulled brisket and a generous sprinkle of fresh coriander.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with tortilla chips, grilled corn or a fresh tomato salad.
