Location of Cut: Our Sizzle Steaks, otherwise known as 'Ranch Steaks' are taken from the Topside primal, located on the hindquarter of the animal.
Texture and Flavour: British Wagyu Beef 92%, Sea salt, tomato pieces (tomato, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, maize starch), 18% spices (paprika, pepper, chillies, cumin), herbs (oregano, thyme, basil, bay leaves, parsley), garlic.
Cooking Methods: The steaks are scored on both sides to reduce the cooking time and to tenderise the meat, making them the perfect flash-frying steak! We recommend frying them on the BBQ for 2 minutes each side and allowing to rest for 2 minutes once cooked. We recommend rare to medium-rare to keep the tenderness of the steak.
