4x 6oz Argentinian-rubbed Ranch Steaks ideal for flash-frying on the BBQ

Location of Cut: Our Sizzle Steaks, otherwise known as 'Ranch Steaks' are taken from the Topside primal, located on the hindquarter of the animal. 

Texture and FlavourBritish Wagyu Beef 92%, Sea salt, tomato pieces (tomato, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, maize starch), 18% spices (paprika, pepper, chillies, cumin), herbs (oregano, thyme, basil, bay leaves, parsley), garlic.

Cooking MethodsThe steaks are scored on both sides to reduce the cooking time and to tenderise the meat, making them the perfect flash-frying steak! We recommend frying them on the BBQ for 2 minutes each side and allowing to rest for 2 minutes once cooked. We recommend rare to medium-rare to keep the tenderness of the steak.
