Wagyu Teriyaki Stir Fry
Ingredients
500g Wagyu Stir Fry
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil for Frying
1 Green Pepper chopped
160g Mangetout
200g Bean Sprouts
100g Tenderstem Broccoli
2 fresh Red Chillis chopped
300g Rice Noodles
100-200ml Teriyaki Sauce
Sesame Seeds
Chinese Five Spice
Fresh Ginger chopped
Fresh Garlic chopped
Salt & Pepper

Method:
Step One:
Pan fry he Wagyu Stir Fry in the oil and season with salt, pepper and a little paprika. Add the chopped Garlic and Ginger. Cook for 15 minutes stirring continuously to ensure the Wagyu is cooked through.
Step Two:
Add the green pepper, mangetout and broccoli. Add half of the teriyaki sauce and Chinese five spice. Once the vegetables are starting to cook through; add the bean sprouts, fresh red chilli and the remainder sauce.
Step Three:
Cook the rice noodles in water and drain. Add the noodles to two separate serving bowls. Place the Wagyu Stir Fry on top of the noodles. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
