Wagyu Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 500g Warrendale Wagyu beef stir fry
- Crushed garlic and crushed ginger
- Soya sauce
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- Fresh coriander
- Sesame seeds
- Bean sprouts
Method:
1. Sear the Wagyu stir fry for approximately 5-8 minutes on high heat until brown, lower the temperature and then cook with the fresh garlic, ginger and soya sauce for a further 5 minutes until fully cooked through.
2. Add all the stir fry chopped vegetables. You can use the ones suggested or a stir fry ready made pack.
3. Add either further amount of soya sauce or you can add a stir fry mix sauce like a teriyaki.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh coriander
5. Serve with noodles or rice
