Rump and broccoli all in one dish
Ingredients:
- 1 x 4oz Rump minute steak
- ½ pack of Cheshunt mushrooms
- Mangetout peas
- Runner beans
- Rosemary
- Beef stock 250 ml
- Splash of red wine vinegar
Method:
Before
Air-fryer:
1. Pat dry the rump steak and then season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the air fryer for 2 minutes and then cook for 6 minutes in the air fryer for medium-rare or 8 minutes for medium.
Pan Frying:
1. Pat dry the rump steak and then season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a griddle pan for a few minutes with Wagyu dripping or lightly oil.
3. Fry the Rump steak for 2-3 minutes on each side or cook to your desired amount.
