This rub is robust and earthy in flavour with freshly ground coffee complementing the complex array of spices and Mexican Ancho chilli which is one of the mildest chillies in the world, but full of flavour. The aroma of smoke and coffee comes through straight away and creates delicious results when cooked on red meats whether they be roasted or barbecued. Perfect for ribs, chops, belly pork and of course steak.
Ingredients: Ground coffee (20%), salt, sugar, ancho chilli (12%), paprika, mustard, garlic, lemon pepper (cracked black pepper, lemon, turmeric), cayenne, onion, Mexican oregano.
