Burger Ingredients: Salt and Pepper. We like to let the Wagyu Beef take centre stage.

Original Sausage Ingredients: British Wagyu Beef (90%), Pea Flour, Water, Seasoning (Salt, Preservative (Sodium SULPHITE), Ground Black Pepper, Cracked Black Pepper, White Pepper, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid)). Filled into Collagen casings.

Horseradish Sausage Ingredients:  British Wagyu Beef (86%), Water, Pea Flour, Horseradish (2.4%), Grilled White Onion (2.0%), Seasoning (Salt, Preservative (Sodium SULPHITE), Ground Black Pepper, Cracked Black Pepper, White Pepper, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid)). Filled into Collagen casings.
